Privacy Policy

Account information: your name, email address and an encrypted password when you create an account.

Your work data: the private notes you write on carriers, the call results you log, and your prospect list. These exist so the app can show them back to you.

Preferences: small settings (like your dialer choice) are stored in your own browser, not on our servers.

We do not listen to, record, or route your phone calls. Clicking a phone number only opens your own dialer (for example Google Voice) — the call happens entirely in that service, under its own terms.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

The carrier records shown in DispatchRadar (company names, USDOT and MC numbers, phone numbers, addresses, fleet details, insurance filings) come from FMCSA, a US government agency that publishes this data for public use. It is not data we collected about private individuals; it is the official federal registry of trucking businesses.

Notes, call results and prospect lists are visible only to the account that created them. Other users never see them, and we do not use them for anything except showing them to you.

Account data and your work data are stored in a secured cloud database (MongoDB Atlas). Passwords are stored only in encrypted (hashed) form — we cannot read them.

DispatchRadar uses browser storage for your login session and small preferences. We do not use advertising trackers.

Want your account and everything attached to it removed? Email us and we will delete it.

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new "last updated" date.
