Terms of Service

Last updated: October 8, 2026

These are the rules for using DispatchRadar — written to be actually readable. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. What the service is

DispatchRadar is a search and workflow tool built on public carrier registration data published by FMCSA (US Department of Transportation). We organize that data, keep it refreshed, and add private productivity tools (call tracking, notes, prospect lists) on top.

2. Your account

Keep your login credentials to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One account is for one person — shared team accounts may be offered as a plan later.

3. Fair use

Use the app the way it is designed: searching, viewing and working leads one by one.

Not allowed: bulk-copying or scraping the database for resale, automated mass-downloading, reselling access to your account, or using the service for anything illegal.

4. Calling carriers is your responsibility

DispatchRadar shows you contact information; it never places calls, sends messages, or contacts anyone for you. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to your outreach — including do-not-call requests and telemarketing rules in the regions you call. If a carrier asks you not to call again, respect it (the app gives you a "Not interested" mark for exactly that).

5. Data accuracy — read this one

Carrier data mirrors official FMCSA records and is provided "as is". Some fields (truck counts, driver counts, mileage) are self-reported by carriers to the government and are sometimes wrong — we flag obviously suspicious values, but we cannot guarantee any record.

Always verify a carrier directly (the "Verify on SAFER" button opens the official government record) and confirm insurance independently before signing any agreement.

6. Paid plans

Free accounts see contact details on older registrations; a paid plan unlocks the newest leads. Prices, billing terms and refund rules will be shown clearly at checkout when paid plans launch, and will become part of these terms.

7. No guarantee of results

We provide leads and tools — not promises. Whether a carrier answers, signs with you, or stays with you is between you and the carrier.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, DispatchRadar is not liable for business losses arising from use of the service or from inaccuracies in third-party (government) data. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend accounts that break these terms (especially fair-use violations). You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we will show the new version here with a new date. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
