About DispatchRadar

New trucking carriers, on your radar first

DispatchRadar is an independent, founder-run product for truck dispatchers. It turns the daily stream of new FMCSA carrier registrations into a clean, searchable lead list, with the contact details, fleet size, authority status and insurance filings a dispatcher needs before picking up the phone.

Why we built it

Finding new carriers to dispatch used to mean checking the government lookup one USDOT number at a time, scrolling Facebook groups, or paying for stale lists that every other dispatcher already had. The information was public, free and updated daily, but it was not usable.

We built DispatchRadar to fix exactly that: take the official registers as they are published, join the census, authority and insurance records into one carrier profile, and surface the newest ones first. The result is a list that is accurate because it is the government's own record, and fresh because we pull it every day.

Official data, nothing scraped

Every carrier on DispatchRadar comes from the FMCSA registers that the US Department of Transportation publishes: the carrier census, operating-authority dockets and insurance filings. We sync them every day, clean them up and link them together. We do not buy lists, and we do not invent contact details.

Fresh beats big

A dispatcher does not need four million carriers. They need the few hundred that registered this week, before anyone else has called them. That is why the product is built around newness: registration dates, authority grant dates, "new this week" views and daily alert emails.

Honest about what we know

When a carrier typed an impossible driver count on its registration form, we flag it instead of hiding it. When a carrier is too new to have a safety record, we say "no data yet" rather than guessing. The source is shown on every page so you can verify any carrier yourself on the government site.

Built for the working day

One click dials the carrier in your own phone system. One click logs how the call went. Your notes, call results and prospect list are private to you. The whole tool is meant to sit open next to your load board all day, not to be a report you read once.

How the data flows

  1. Every day we download the latest FMCSA carrier census, operating-authority and insurance files.
  2. New registrations are added, existing carriers are refreshed, and records are linked by USDOT and MC number.
  3. Each carrier gets its safety summary, insurance badge and data-quality checks, including shared-phone warnings.
  4. Saved searches are run and alert emails go out with the new matches.
  5. You open DispatchRadar, see what is new, and start calling.

Browsing is free for everyone. Contact details on the newest registrations, CSV export and the full alert workflow are part of the Pro plan, which keeps the service independent and ad-free.
